Thirty-eight
years of diverse public accounting experience with international, regional, and
local CPA firms, including being the founding partner in 1967 of Haefele,
Flanagan & Co. Rendering
accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services to clientele.
Industry exposure includes manufacturing, distribution, health care
professional practices, contracting, leasing, finance, insurance, entertainment,
not-for-profit entities, educational, and a multitude of service industries.
Other
experience includes tenure with an international fully integrated steel
manufacturer, as tax supervisor.
Past experience also includes tenure as Treasurer of $5,000,000 service
operation and as director, officer or advisor to numerous business entities.
